Job Description
- We are recruiting a licensed professional associate who should be able to conduct the following tasks:
- Review products of legal assistants;
- Research and draft legal memos for complex or hard issues;
- Supervise the proceedings of licensing applications;
- Draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents;
- Supervise and draft M&A due diligence reports;
- Participate in negotiations and meetings with clients;
- Coordinate with foreign lawyers;
- Other tasks assigned as assigned by senior lawyers.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- A minimum of 5 years PQE, experience working in an international law firm preferable
- Fluent in English (IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent)
- Strong management and excellent communication skills
- Logical and positive thinking
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
