Your Role
· Advise clients on a wide range of legal issues, including corporate, commercial, investment, labor, intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and compliance matters.
· Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents and contracts, including M&A agreements, service and supply contracts, shareholder agreements, NDAs, and more.
· Conduct legal due diligence and participate in deal structuring, transaction execution, and post-deal advisory.
· Represent clients in dispute resolution processes, including litigation, arbitration, and administrative procedures.
· Monitor legal and regulatory developments and provide timely legal updates and risk assessments to clients.
· Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver practical and solution-oriented legal advice.
· Work with and support clients in dealing with government authorities to ensure legal procedures are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
· Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.); lawyer practicing certificate (Chứng chỉ hành nghề luật sư) is preferred.
· 3+ years of experience in legal practice, preferably at a law firm or in a client-facing in-house role.
· Strong knowledge of Vietnamese laws; familiarity with cross-border transactions is a plus.
· Excellent legal drafting and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
· High attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.
