Legal Associate
Mô tả công việc
- Assist the team to provide legal related work to Vietnamese and multinational clients across a range of industries,
- Incharge/supporting higher level in preparing documentation related to advising foreign investors in business investments in Vietnam, project adjustment procedures in Vietnam.
- Executing projects on legal review, business consulting, M&A, contracts, legal advice.
- Assisting in liaising and working with authorities to submit documents and receive results from licensing agencies.
- Updating legal documents and respond promptly to our clients’ inquiries related to investment in Vietnam.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree in law major
• At least 1-2 years of related work experience required.
• Demonstrate strong social/ verbal/ written communication, interpersonal skills, and collaboration skills with clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a professional team.
• Well-organized to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using English language (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) in social and business communication (Additional knowledge of other languages is preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications
