Mô tả công việc
• Manage all accounting transactions; handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Prepare budget forecasts.
• Publish financial statements in time; Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements include Consolidated Financial Statement.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely bank payments.
• Inventory management.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns (Candidate can use tax service to be training and processing).
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, with a preference for candidates who have worked in FDI businesses or US companies; proficiency in inventory control and costing is essential.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), prefer US GAAP.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks, Sage or Xero.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
• Experience with general ledger functions.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• English: good in reading and writing, can speaking.
• Eager to learn.
