- Provide legal advice to existing and potential customers .
- Handle regulatory issues including Governmental filings, licenses, approvals and registration of the Company and projects.
- Negotiate, review and draft contracts, agreements, corporate documents and other legal documents of the Company.
- Check, follow and supervise legal compliance regarding laws, internal/external regulations, policies and guidelines of the Company.
- Preparing the applications for works permits, visa and temporary resident cards for expatriates;
- Support other departments to prepare reports to submit to competent authorities.
- Supporting lawyer in professional as well as administrative matters;
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree;
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Preferably working in law firm
- Excellent communication skills in oral and written English
- Good knowledge of computer skill and office software(MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint , Internet search)
- Be dynamic, creative and responsible;
- Passion for that such work and enjoy meeting clients regularly;
- Proactive, meticulous, integrity;
- Working under high pressure and having team spirit mind;
- Strictly observe confidentiality of information;
- Great communication skills with a pleasant and affable personality.
