TBC-BALL Vietnam Co., Ltd., a producer of aluminum cans for the beverage industry, is a joint venture between Thai Beverage Can (Thailand) and Ball Corporation (USA). JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Manage and support all software systems, including:

Time Attendance systems (Face ID, machine log, data handling)
Microsoft 365 platform (SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, power platform)
Other (non-SAP) internal or third‑party business applications.

2. Support development and maintenance of solutions using:

Power Apps, Power Automate
SharePoint Online
Copilot Studio
Participate in designing and implementing AI use cases for business departments.
Participate in software tendering and bidding processes, software project implementation

3. Develop or support:

Low‑code / no‑code applications (Power Platform)
Small custom applications, scripts, or system enhancements.

4. Prepare basic technical documentation and user guides.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

3 years - experience in IT programmer
Proactive and willing to learn new technologies (especially AI).
Structured thinking and documentation mindset.
Understand process and document flow of SAP/ERP environment
Programming language and SQL statement
Good skill of algorithm and logic programming
English communication is required.

Transportation Allowance: VND 400,000/month or company shuttle service.
Monthly Productivity Bonus: Based on the factory's overall KPI achievement ratio.
Year-End Bonus: 13 month's basic salary, annual personal KPI bonus (calculated based on actual months worked in the year).

Thời gian làm việc

Working time: Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 17:00pm/ Friday: 8:00am - 16:00pm.
