- Client Acquisition & Sales Growth
- Identify, approach, and qualify prospective clients to provide Amazon or eCommerce management and growth services.
- Present and pitch our service offerings clearly to brand representatives, highlighting value, outcomes, and ROI.
- Negotiate service scope, pricing, and timelines to successfully close deals.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Relationship & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate and updated sales pipelines, proposals, and client communication records.
- Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless handover and client onboarding process.
- Actively participate in networking, industry events, and business meetings to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Market Knowledge & Continuous Learning
- Stay informed about Amazon and eCommerce trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
- Actively share feedback with internal teams to improve service offerings and client experience.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Proficiency in English (equivalent to at least IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+)
- From 2 year of work experience in sales, account management, customer service, e-commerce, or related fields is preferred
- Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Proven confident in communicating, negotiating, and closing deals with international clients.

- Base Salary: From 12.000.000 VND/month (Negotiable based on skills and qualifications)

Thời gian làm việc
- Probation Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5 days/week (on-site).
- Official Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days/week (on-site) (One Saturday off / month).
- Probation Period: Up to 2 months, during which both sides assess fit.
