Internal Control Accountant (Team Leader)

- Responsible on leading Operations Accountant teams, including Revenue team & Inventory team, whose targets are support and control.
- Understand the business & SAP system, identify risks, build procedures or raise control solutions, discuss/ communicate with/to Operations & other related teams for compliance.
- Work with Marketing & Operations departments for solving other matters related to finance & control.
- Evaluate all promotion programs, align with IT on setting to ensure good control on operations.
- Working with 3rd party deliver agents, review agent control & reconcile transactions with them.
- Take care accounts of the related areas, ensure they are reconciled with Trial balance & Financial reports. E.g: Revenue accounts, A/R, Inventory accounts…
- Complete Revenue & Inventory reports, including periodical reports & any ad hoc analysis reports upon required.
- Lead all members of both Revenue & Inventory teams, ensure instructions are consistent with Finance team & the company.
- Share with team on urgent one-off work like audit, physical count, big sale events…
- Work closely with FM & CFO, contribute on improving the system.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from University of Economics, Finance, Accounting, Auditing.
- Have at least 7 years of experience working in the financial field at team leader, from 4 staff and above.
- Have professional analytical skills, active & logical thinking
- Proficient in office informatics (Excel, Power-point), good communication skills, good leadership skill.
- Ability to work independently, proactively and effectively.
- Active, careful, responsible and under high pressure at work and study.
