Key Responsibilities

Compliance monitoring and process definition and risk management across business units
Provide compliance with national laws or customer regulations and advice for compliance
Investigate compliance violations that have occurred and suggest a plan to prevent recurrence
Prepare and respond to internal & external audit of the workplace and implement follow-up the audit results
CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) : Supporting management activities for legal and ethical responsibilities for all issues

2. Experiences:

At least 3 years of experience in Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, Management diagnosis
Understanding of or experience in manufacturing/electronics related field
Understanding of RBA (Responsible Business Alliance)
Internal coordination and collaboration via good communication skills

3. Skills:

Team player; can engage a cross-functional team towards desired outcome
Problem solving, Honest, eager to learn
Good in English; Writing and oral communication. Using Korean language is an advantage.
