POSITION SUMMARY
You will support the deployment of the continuous improvement in our relations with the employees and their representatives as a fundamental competitive advantage of the company. It’s obviously essential to build and maintain good relations among employees, management and community through your organizing of various activities e.g. employee recreation, sports, social activities…
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
• To execute Employee Relations activities: Management Conferences, events like: Sports, Canteen, Year–end Party, Family day, Outing, Team building and activities, events during the year
• To manage budget and payment of HR operations; make PR, PO, claim expenses belong to HR in system & process payment for expenses, general administration activities
• To work together with internal stakeholders across the HR value chain ensuring a consistent and efficient execution of local activities
• To have a general knowledge about the End to End HR processes, acting as local support to HRBPs, Line Managers and employees
Yêu cầu ứng viên
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL
• Background: Bachelor Degree with at least 2-year experience in HR environment
• English: Advance level, fluently in communication, reading, writing, listening
• Strong service orientation, effective communication & interpersonal skills, take initiatives, passion & commitment
• Experience within another FMCG or in manufacturing environment is preferred
