- Planning to organize training programs (mainly Life Insurances product)
- Direct or online training (51% - 55% of the work) from basic to advanced or upon request from the sales channel.
- Update training materials, video guideline when there is notice from Products team.
- Follow up trainees after training to improve quality.
- Coordinate with upper manager to plan training programs.
- As arranged by HRD Unit
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College or higher
- From 1 year to 3 years or more in the same role.
- Having experience in life insurance consulting is an advantage
- Ability to organize, manage and solve problems
- Sincerely
- Presentation skill, creating a lively training environment
- Good communication, dynamic and creative
- Basic communication english
- Basic informatics (power point, video recording software…)
- Basic soft skills as: job management skills, time management, sales skill, motivation, refusal handling…
- Flexible, open mindset, proactive
