HR Staff, C&B (Temp 12 months)

Detail responsibilities & duties:
1. In charge of HR system project: work with IT Department and supplier to design, build & implement new HR system (detail will be discussed in the interview).
2. Monitor attendance records for salary calculation
3. In charge of Labor contract management (probation assessment and labor contract renewal, appendix, etc.,).
4. Other HR-related jobs as assigned by leaders/ manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University/ College graduate
• Minimum 1 year experience doing C&B tasks (preferably working experiences at manufacturing company)
• Good excel skill
• Good knowledge & understanding of Labor Code, Insurance, PIT...
• Good communication, flexibility and adaptability
• Willingness & excellent to handle paperwork
• Good English proficiency (4 skills)
