HR & Office Admin Generalist

- HR Administration Support: We have a full-time HR and Outsourcing Accountant that handles all the paperwork and payroll, tax reports, but we still need someone to collect signatures, welcome new hires, assign laptops, and so on
- Accounting Documentation Support: We need someone to prepare, organize contracts, receipts, invoices, and so on
- VAT Invoice Issuance: input the information into the system.
- Office Expenses and Upkeep: Managing monthly bills like Mobifone, Office Rent. Keeping our company pantry stocked of healthy and delicious food items. Keeping office organized and clean.
- Event Coordination: Helping to organize company events and meetings like team lunches.
- Support for other teams: occasional tasks that pop up.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Can communicate in both English and Vietnamese.
- Detail-oriented and reliable to input information on contracts correctly.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and other office management tools.
