* HR Tasks:
- Be in charge of C&B job including SI, PIT, Time keeping, Payroll
- Provide support, guidance & advice to employees following Company policies & regulations or precedent procedures
- Participate & arrange HR activities such as Annual health check, company annual award ceremony, promotion…
- Recruitment and training processes and procedures covering full time as well as part time staff
- Other job assigned by Manager
* GA Tasks:
- Manage company legal documents in safe and private condition
- Supervise all reports to local authorities
- Manage office suppliers
- Preserve well company assets
- Ensure a comfortable work zone for employees.
- Ensure security and privacy in the company.
- Other job assigned by Manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduate with bachelor degree
- 3-year experience working at the same position.
- Straight forward, integrity, careful & hard-working person, have logical thinking & self-study ability, eager to learn new things
- Good command of spoken and written English or Chinese
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving, analytical skills
- Communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Strong, honest, decisisive and flexible
- Willing to learn new things
