Talent Acquisition
- Hands-on involvement in end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across tech and non-tech functions - including posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers and senior HR team members to ensure a smooth interview process and positive candidate experience
- Maintain candidate databases, track recruitment progress, and prepare regular recruitment reports
Employer Branding & Internal Communications
- Get involved in executing employer branding content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and recruitment channels - contributing ideas and supporting content production under guidance from the senior team
- Drive internal communications efforts, helping to draft messages, prepare materials, and coordinate logistics for company-wide updates
- Support the planning and execution of company events, team activities, and culture-building initiatives
HR Operations & Projects
- Provide hands-on support for ongoing People & Culture initiatives - from onboarding coordination and document management to HR data entry and policy communication
- Be a reliable, collaborative team member who follows through on tasks and steps in where the team needs support.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- 2 years of HR experience with exposure to at least two of the following: recruitment, employer branding, internal communications, or L&D coordination
- Experience in a startup, tech, or fintech environment is a strong plus
- Comfortable creating simple visual and written content for internal and external audiences (familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus, not a must)
- Strong communicator — clear, warm, and confident whether writing a job post, running a meeting, or messaging a candidate
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment where things change quickly
- Working proficiency in English (reading, writing, and communication).
