HR Compliance Officer

- Internal legal consultant on labor issues.
- Responsible for legal researches, update legal changes in relevant legislation in a timely manner.
- Review and update labor regulations in accordance with legal requirements, relevant standards, code of conducts.
- Vet through legal employment documents (labor contract, collective agreement, internal labor regulations...) and any other written communication to employees (memos, notices...) before broadcast for legal compliance.
- Network with relevant labor ministries, such as DOLISA and MOLISA to verify interpretation of labor codes or new decrees pertaining to employment practices.
- Participate in meetings with Management as and when required to provide opinions from legal perspective on HR related matters.
- Responsible for timely information HR Head on employee relation matters or changes of regulations.
- Misconduct investigation, handling the disciplinary cases.
- Weekly interact with employees and gather their feedback.
- Update, check and generate report of employee’s disciplinary action.
- Supervise compliance with labor laws, norms and codes of conduct as required by customers.
- Participate in internal and external audit.
- Conduct internal training, communication for labor regulations, CSR and other relevant updates.
- Assist in Ethical Management.
- Conduct Labor Risk Assessment.
- Maintain relevant forms and procedures.
- Prepare relevant reports.
- Translate documents from Vietnamese to English and vice versa.
- Enforce safety and housekeeping at work area
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in Law
- 4 years working experience in legal related fields.
- Good written and verbal communication in English & Vietnamese.
- Good at Microsoft Office (Especially MS-Words and Excel).
- Good Negotiation and Problem solving skills.
- Have teamwork spirit and good communication skill.
