Compensation & Benefits:

  • Monitor the C&B of all staff including but not limited to payroll & other allowances, compulsory insurances and other insurances, personal income tax, employee attendance and leaves … consistent with the company policy and Vietnam laws.

Policies & procedures:

  • Update policies and procedures to ensure it aligned with the company’s culture, strategy, objectives, standards, and comply with the laws.

Employment process:

  • Manage procedures & paperwork relating to offer letters, employment contracts & other required documents for employees till exit.
  • Update & maintain employee data.

Recruitment:

  • To liaise with department heads and plan for the manpower requirements of the company.
  • To propose the recruitment solutions.
  • Review job advertisements prior to posting, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate interviewer, participate in interviewing candidates to fill vacant positions.

Training:

  • To organize the training courses using internal and external resources in accordance with business needs.

Company events:

  • Plan and organize company events (such as Team building, Annual dinner…)

Other assignments:

  • Assist and perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in Administration - Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Law, or related fields.

Minimum years / kind of experience:

  • At least 7 years of experience in HR field.

Behavioral Skills:

  • GOOD AT ENGLISH
  • Good communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law, insurance law, personal income tax law and HR best practices.
  • Negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal skill
  • Detail-oriented, honest and proactive.
  • Time management skills.
  • Be able to work under highly pressure.
  • Team work.

Technical Skills:

  • Competent computer skills including MS office.
  • Internet skills including use of E-mails, MS team..
