Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for the recruitment, recruitment, training, appointment, performance appraisal, attendance, leave, payroll and other work of employees
- Responsible for the procedures of staff classification, promotion, salary increase, reward and internal deployment, transfer, transfer, resignation, dismissal and other procedures
- Assist the personnel / administrative manager to formulate the company's salary system and plan, and establish an effective incentive and restraint mechanism
- Cooperate with other departments to do employee ideological work, accept and resolve employee complaints and labor disputes in a timely manner
- Dormitory and cafeteria hygiene supervision and inspection
- Assist personnel / administrative managers to organize the drafting, modification and compilation of company's general rules and regulations, assist in participating in special standards and management
- The formulation, discussion, and revision of the system; follow-up inspection and supervision of the important matters involved in the document to promote the company’s management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Degree in HR or 3 to 5 years of work experience
- Good command of Vietnamese (spoken and written), communicative English.
- Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
- Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
- Good communication skills with all level of people.
