Mô tả công việc
- Lead attorney providing counsel and strategic guidance on complex issues related to legal matters (business activities and business expansion, patent/trademark registration, new product legal corridor, market access, promotional campaigns, public registration and public listing/IPO)
- Providing board of directors and senior executives with legal counsel on corporate governance issues.
- Acts as a representative for Gene Solutions on medical law and policy matters, works with the communications team to develop communications strategy that detail the impact of Gene Solutions business activities.
- Provide guidance on the proper application and interpretation of laws and regulations as applicable to Gene Solutions’ s business and ensure adequacy of controls to mitigate legal and other risks or concerns that may arise thereto.
- Establish and maintain effective legal processes to ensure the timely delivery of all required business documentation and foster the development of appropriate forms of standardized documentation;
- Grows and leads the legal team, with a focus on ongoing professional development
