I. OBJECTIVE:
1. Effectively lead a team and manage e-learning operations, control e-learning quality, assure training aligment with business goals, support building a strong learning cultures, monitor e-learning satisfaction and promote learning engagement
2. Support the Head of Lnd to develop a strategic approach to technology-enhanced eLearning
II. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Closely co-ordinate with LnD teams to effectively execute LnD’s orientation/ strategies, implement quality control practices, assure training alignment with business goals, boost up learning cultures all over the bank, monitor eLearning satisfaction and promote learning engagement
2. Manage and supervise all of e-learning design activities:
Co-ordinate with subject matter experts, internal stakeholders, technical writers, and internal/external partners to build up instructional contents meeting learners’ needs and addressing business outcomes;
Apply new instructional design methods, create storyboards, e-learning scripts and other supporting documents to support e-courses on LMS system;
Research and apply emerging e-learning authoring tools/ softwares to produce professional digital courses facilitating learning experiences;
3. Manage and supervise all of e-learning design and delivery activities:
Consult, conduct training need analysis, make plans and organize -learning courses/ exams/ assessment tests as scheduled or programs according to the project progress;
Evaluate e-learning effectiveness and make proposals/ initiatives on better training solutions;
Manage e-learning data, provide reports of all kinds, and co-operate with related teams to build up and develop training management system;
Timely support and advise learners during programs;
4. Co-ordinate with IT to propose cutting edge LMS solutions and build up, develop, manage LMS to boost up modern learning experience
5. Draw up regulations, policy, procedures, guidelines on e-learning in particular and on total learning and development in general
6. Manage e-learning budget, appropriately assuring operations within the approved budget
7. Manage human resources, assuring to maintain adequate resources with high quality
8. Identify risks during operations, co-ordinate with related teams to measure and mitigate risks
9. Assure all activities to comply with policies, regulations, procedures, internal guidelines and make strong commitments with SLAs
10. Conduct other tasks requested and assigned by Head of Learning and Development
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduated from universities majoring in HRM, IT, Economics and Business or equivalent disciplines; Master Degree is preferred.
• Having at least 5-year working experiences in E-learning, LMS administration/ management, Learning and Development.
• Having knowledge of Instructional Design, eLearning authoring tools, Graphic Design principles/ tools;
• Having knowledge of emerging Learning management system (LMS)/ Learning Experience Platform (LXP);
• Having knowledge of Learning and Development
• Having knowledge of Reporting and Data management
