Finance and Accounting Specialist

- Consolidate and analyse information to build financial plan;
- Report trends and financial indicators to management;
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual forecast for cash flow and P&L;
- Build business models using Excel for management to use;
- Manage the accounting books and the general accounting operation;
- Prioritize payments and manage debts;
- Work closely with all departments to set weekly, monthly and annual budget;
- Set policies and procedures related to finance for all departments to follow;
- Do cost analysis and suggest pricing strategy for each product; and
- Participate in the settlement of financial statements, auditing, and tax.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or Audit
- At least 3+ years of working experience in similar position
- Extensive experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Experience in fund raising and preparing the necessary documents
- Deep understanding about CIT, PIT & tax regulations
- Analytical with a strategic mindset and proactive attitude
- Willingness and ability to work hard and under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and presentation skills
