Mô tả công việc
- Research, design, and develop high-quality English training programs for children.
- Ensure the curriculum meets international standards and aligns with the learning needs of Vietnamese children.
- Create learning materials and teaching resources to support teachers and enhance the learning experience.
- Direct teaching to student
- Support & localize new product, KET training
- Collect feedback from the customers
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in English Language, English Teaching, TESOL, or related fields.
- In-depth understanding of English teaching methodologies for children.
- Strong knowledge of international standards: CEFR, Cambridge.
2. Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Academic R&D / Academic Management / Curriculum Development in the field of English for children.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have participated in designing and implementing practical curricula and learning materials.
3. Professional Skills
- Experience in designing syllabi, lesson plans, and learning materials.
- Familiarity with assessment and survey tools.
