Mô tả công việc
- Manage social media and implement digital marketing activities for 2 beauty brands of KNS International (Elementre: Skincare and Theradome:Hair growth device)
- Manage content on Tiktok, Facebook & Instagram for given brands
- Responsible for overall content creation and develop creative, engaging, and viral video content for improving customer engagements.
- Customize content provided by Products owners, KNS marketing team in Vietnamese for local marketing.
- Optimize online advertising through Google Ads, Facebook, Tiktok, Ecommerce...
- Deploying advertising campaigns on Tik Tok Shop/Shopee/Lazada etc
- Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement
- Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
- Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Video production and editing skills are a plus.
- Design skills on Canva is a plus
- English fluency is a must have.
- Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, content strategies, and viral trends.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, and search engine marketing.
- Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Probation period: 2 months
