Job Objective:
Handling assigned customer's requests for Orders delivery, Customer complaints, Credit Control & supporting company for activities related to Demand planning, Sales Support; by working with both internal departments & customers.
Job Description:
Orders delivery:
- Receiving all orders from customer via written forms & inputting to system & providing delivery dates
- Ensuring customers are updated with the latest delivery schedule & working internally to find the best solutions if there are support requested by customers
- Managing samples development requests (sending, costing, requesting approval)
Customer complaints:
- Receiving complaints from customers & asking for details in order to solve the complaint
- Working internally to identify the justification of the complaint & solution recommendations
Credit Control:
- Providing documentations as agreed to customer for payment process
- Ensuring any amount difference in payment / credit system be addressed & notified to Sales Manager / Finance team
Demand planning:
- Proactively asking customers for information required for demand planning & sending to SC
Sales Support:
- Quotation / Sales contracts handling
- Other assigned tasks by Sales Manager
All communications need to be responded within a reasonably expected time
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University / Colleague degree.
- Customer mindset, Problem solving mindset, Collaboration mindset are MANDATORY
- Good command of written English and Vietnamese. Being able to speak Madarin is a plus.
- Ability to use computer effectively for work
- STRONG ability for effective communication
- Being able to work independently & collaborate with others (in VN, or other countries)
- Experience in using SAP, ERP, Oracle systems is a plus
- Experience in working in big multinational companies is a plus
