Mô tả công việc
- Check working hours and annual leave to ensure accurate salary calculation
- Implement the calculation of the correct output and according to the production bonus policy.
- Perform payroll calculation and ensure payment of salary on time as prescribed.
- Check the number of employees paying social insurance premiums and the salary fund paying social insurance premiums against the payroll must be accurate
- Make accurate and timely PIT declaration and monthly PIT payment
- Adjust salary, dependents, import data to Cadena system to ensure accurate monthly salary calculation.
- Understand the functions and master payroll-related operations on Cadena to handle errors and problems arising on the system, ensuring the software runs smoothly and accurately.
- Making a salary report on the system on time
- Making weekly and monthly reports
- Registration of personal tax identification numbers, registration of dependents to ensure accurate and timely deduction of family circumstances during the salary period.
- Tax finalization is guaranteed in accordance with the provisions of the personal income tax law
- Increase, decrease, claim health insurance for employees.
- Data analysis & salary benchmarking
- Participate in the development and improvement of regulations and processes related to salary calculation
- Strictly enforce regulations and policies on salary, bonus and welfare for employees.
- Prepare documents for Audit in a timely and accurate manner
- Receiving comments, questions and resolving complaints of employees related to salary and PIT
- Work directly with Tax authorities to build relationships
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education&Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in human administration as an advantage
- Language: English intermediate
- Experience: At least 4 year experience in C&B field
- Other skill: Using Cadena system
- Teamwork, enthusiastic, hard-working
