Chuyên viên Pháp chế (Senior Legal Executive)
Mô tả công việc
In charge and responsible for the legal activities of the company. The main areas of work include: Registering for protection of intellectual property rights, mobilizing domestic and foreign capital and other legal activities of enterprises. Specifically:
- Intellectual property registration: Acting as the main coordinator for driving the activities, in collaboration with partners for registration, and the engineering team to prepare dossiers and carry out procedures
- Capital mobilization: Supporting the Director in developing and reviewing documents, working with partners (including foreign investment funds) and implementing procedures.
- Developing procedures and regulations within the scope of responsibilities and functions of the Legal Department.
- Drafting contracts and documents issued and signed by the company, checking the legality of the company’s transactions
- Directly participating in negotiations with partners/ customers of the company in business transactions, assuring legality of transactions and contracts.
- Providing advice and recommendations to the Board and other departments on legal issues regarding capital mobilization, business, manufacture, personnel,etc.
- Other tasks assigned by the Director
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Qualification: Graduate/ postgraduate majoring in Law in Vietnamese/ International universities, preferably holding a master's degree or higher and a law practicing certificate.
- Experience: Experience with at least 3 years in the legal field, preferably in the automotive and motorbike industry or with foreign partners. (Preference will be given to candidates with experience as an CEO's assistant)
- Foreign language (English): Proficient in English, with the ability to work with foreign partners
- Skills/Qualities:
+ Extensive knowledge of Vietnamese law, especially the law on enterprises and intellectual property (particularly patent field)
+ Strong skills in argumentation, analysis, problem-solving, and effective conflict resolution.
+ Strong logical thinking, communication and presentation skills.
+ Ability to effectively work independently and as a part of a team, with a responsible and proactive approach.
