Chuyên viên Pháp chế cấp cao (Senior Legal Executive)
Mô tả công việc
In charge and responsible for legal activities and other relevant work of the Company. Specifically:
- Capital raising: Supporting the Director in drafting and reviewing reports and documents on legal due diligence required by foreign investors (investment funds) in the process of investors’ legal assessment of the Company to back investment process and conducting procedures regarding receiving investment from foreign investment (loan registration with State bank, increase of investment capital,ect.)
- Participation in negotiation, drafting and review of contracts with supply partners and customers using Company’s goods and services.
- Providing advice and recommendations to the Board and other departments on legal issues regarding the company's operation and registering for necessary licenses.
- Intellectual property registration: working in collaboration with partners for registration, and the engineering team to prepare dossiers and carry out procedures of intellectual property registration.
- Compiling annual, quarterly reports for investors
- Exchanging correspondence and acting as contact person with investors intending to invest in the Company.
- Relevant tasks assigned by the Director
- Instructing and training interns
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Qualification: Graduate/ postgraduate majoring in Law in Vietnamese/ International universities, preferably holding a law practicing certificate or having completed the lawyer training course of Judicial Academy.
- Experience: Experience with at least 4 - 5 years in the legal field, preferably in the automotive and motorbike industry or with foreign partners.
- Foreign language (English): Proficient in English writing and speaking, with the ability to work with foreign partners. (6.5 IELTS is an advantage).
- Skills/Qualities:
+ Extensive knowledge of Vietnamese law, especially the law on enterprises and intellectual property
+ Strong skills in argumentation, analysis, problem-solving, and effective conflict resolution.
+ Strong logical thinking, communication and presentation skills.
+ Ability to effectively work independently and as a part of a team, with a responsible and proactive approach.
