1/ Job Purpose:
- This position attached to IT Team at the HCMC Office to apply knowledge of data analysis, up to dated technology to solving real-world problems faced by our company and finding opportunities for improvement across multiple projects, teams, business.
- The ideal candidate need to have fundamental background on Technology such as computer science or information technology, statistics or computer information systems and willing to learning new technologies and quickly adapt to Olam way of working.
- Despite having a bachelor’s degree, prefer candidates with advanced educational attainment such as a master’s degree or an equivalent.
Required 30% time to travel different locations within Vietnam.
2/ Job duties & Responsibility:
Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights/ identify the pain area of users that will increase the process at Olam by:
- Understand the requirement from the Business teams and functional scoping of the same.
- Document the requirement/ subsequent changes, solutions.
- Drive the designing, unit testing, user acceptance testing & deployment
- Support post implementation including problem solving and measure business benefits. Create case study and publish the analysis.
- Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders within and outside of the company.
- Ensure teams are motivated, working efficiently to agreed objectives and development plans
- Other ad-hoc jobs assigned by managers.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education/Academic: Bachelor's degree preferably in Technology such as computer science or information technology, statistics or computer information systems.
- Prefer candidates with advanced educational attainment such as a master’s degree or an equivalent.
- Language/Computer Proficiency: Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
- Good at Excel, Words, PowerPoint and other office computer skills.
Technical Skills/Competencies: Teamwork player, must be able to work with diverse team members across locations.

+ Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously
+ A natural curiosity to interrogate process and identify hidden patterns to support business needs

- Work Experience: Should have inclination towards IT- Digital whether in consulting companies or in other industries.
