Mô tả công việc
Recruitment and training:
- Recruitment, training of workers, staff and support HR team other jobs
- Implement periodic training of the Company
- Store, update HR documents
- Support annual activities at the company such as Health check, other training courses, year-end events...
Labor relations:
- Handling labor relations arising during the working process
- Responsible for audit with customers and agencies or government authority
- Other arising tasks as assigned by the head and the Board of Director
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Requirements:
- Gender: Male
- Age: Under 33 years old
- Education: University (preferred in from Foreign Trade University/Vietnam National University/Hanoi University, etc.)
- Major: Business, Administration, Foreign Languages, Law or other related subjects
- Fluent in English or Korean
- Has over 1-2 years experience in HR Field
- Computer skills: Proficient in office computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer);
- Priority candidates living in Bac Ninh, Bac Giang
