Chuyên Viên Nhân Sự (HR Specialist (C&B))
Mô tả công việc
- Preparing monthly PIT reports, quarterly reports on the use of certificate of PIT withholding, annual PIT finalization;
- Registering, updating tax code and dependents for employees;
- Implementing policies related to social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance for employees;
- Controlling employees’ working time attendance, calculating salary & payroll, bonus for employees; propose payment of wages, bonuses, advances, allowances to employees;
- Issuing, monitoring and extending labor contracts, issuing appendix of labor contracts; ensuring proper & prompt issue of the labor contract, the labor contract annex;
- Drafting and issuing decisions and notices of HR and the company;
- Consulting / explaining employees' questions related to salary, insurance, PIT;
- Preparing regular and irregular HR reports;
- Updating, managing employee records;
- Market research and policy advice on salaries, bonuses and benefits;
- Perform other tasks as required by superiors.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from the University, majored in Law / Human Resource Management / Economics and related fields;
- Gender: Male / Female. Age 25-35;
- At least 03 years of experience in C&B. Expertise in the laws of labor, social insurance and PIT;
- Proficient use of office IT tools;
- Willingness of learning, improvement, teamwork and independence skills;
- Good ability of communication, negotiation, synthetizing, analysis, agility;
- Excellent writing skills in Vietnamese & English;
- Working in Phu My, Ba Ria - Vung Tau;
- Shuttle bus from HCMC / Vung Tau to company back and forth;
- Time: from Monday to Friday.
