Chuyên Viên Kế Toán (Accounting Specialist)
Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for consolidate, report, analyze information, trends, financial indicators and make forecasts to build a good financial plan; Participate in the control of general accounting work.
- To manage the accounting books in the centers: cash revenue and expenditure management, and data entry into Fast accounting software.
- To estimate the budget of each center each week, month, quarter and year with details of revenues and expenses.
- To identify payments to each center, arrange which debt payment priority is first.
- To work with other departments to build monthly, quarterly, and yearly cash flow estimates for the entire all companies of the group.
- Participate in consolidate accounting books, vouchers, invoices of all companies of group. Check student's profiles on the company's software system.
- To participate in building, calculating product cost and cost price for the company.
- To participate in the settlement of financial statements, auditing, tax.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Audit or above.
- At least 3+ years working experience at the same position.
- Professional in financial analysis, business acumen, and cost-consciousness.
- Should have experience in partnering with an executive team.
- Deep understanding about CIT, PIT & other taxes.
- Willingness and ability to work under pressure.
- Analytical with a strategic mindset and proactive attitude.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Good communication in English.
- Good at Excel, Microsoft Word, Accounting Software.
