Job Description:
- Work directly with the clients and government authorities to complete the mission be given.
- Assisting in researching and providing legal opinion on requested matters.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements and other documents (English and Vietnamese);
- Liaising with the state agency and other department to complete assigned task.
- Detecting and advising risks to the company.
- Updating relevant changes in legal systems and analyzing the influence of such changes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Director.
- Other work is exchanged during the interview.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Job requirements:
- University graduate in Law.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Experience in drafting, negotiation and interpretation of project documentation.
- Good morality, hardworking, diligent at work.
- Good at written and communication skills in English and Vietnamese, attention to detail and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Work efficiently under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Power Point).
