Mô tả công việc
• Do legal research and legal documents under the instruction and assignment of lawyers;
• Draft and review legal memos, contracts, legal due diligence and other types of legal documents;
• Update and systematize legal documents to retainer clients;
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Qualification: Bachelor degree of Law; complete the lawyer course at Judicial Academy is a plus.
• Experience: candidate with at least 01 year experience working for an international or local law firm.
• Skill and abilities:
- Fluent verbal and written skill in English;
- Strong ability on legal research and legal documents' drafting;
- Good knowledge on Investment & Enterprise Law, Labor Law, Tax Law, Commercial Law, and Intellectual Properties Law, and decree, circular and official letters related to assigned jobs;
- Team work skill; clear orientation of career; honesty and enthusiasm;
- Efficient communication.
