  • Control C&B activities in relation to monthly payroll, labor contracts, delivery of C&B programs, labor issues or disciplinary process, internal & external labor reports.
  • Ensure C&B practices respect local labor law and the policies of company.
  • Implement and optimize C&B strategies in order to attract, retain talents as well as to drive the achievements of business objectives.
  • Provide recommendations on various pay actions (job offers, promotions, equity increases…etc..) utilizing survey sources, market references, internal equity, and other data as appropriate.
  • Support HR Manager in developing and implementing of different projects: working regulations, regulations on salary and bonus, welfares & benefits, allowances…
  • Cooperate/communicate with all departments to convey company’s regulations/policies and ensure the implementation
  • Administer company insurances/care, medical check-up and other benefits.
  • Implement and coordinate the performance appraisal process with line managers.
  • Be in charge of PIT finalization such as contacting Tax Department for PIT code opening for new employees; Completing monthly personal income tax declaration for employees, or expatriates and report to Tax Department; making report as requested.
  • Build & manage HR software and make sure it run smoothly and accurately.
  • Other related task assigned by line manager

Education & Experience:

  • University degree in Law, Business Administration or any related majors
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar position with a foreign manufacturing company. Experience in building HR Information system is preferable.
  • Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law.
  • Good understanding of current Vietnamese policy on foreign investment & provisions for foreign investors living in Vietnam.
  • Good understanding of current Vietnamese policy relating to social and health insurance.
  • Good English communication.
