About the role
We are looking for a high performing PPC team member who will take care of payroll the daily HR operations for our people in HCM office, deliver best people experience and assist in delivering KPMG’s “Best Firm to Work With” strategy to the business.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for daily C&B activities: payroll, PIT, last payment calculation, ect..
- Perform all the reports and activities related to SHUI.
- Maintain and updated staff data and salary structure, ensure proper monthly payroll analysis, manage salary calculation and payment, and implement allowances schemes accurately
- Regularly update new law documents relating labor code, tax, insurance.
- Participate in surveys and other projects regarding C&B.
- Responsible for all HR reports and make sure the reports are accuracy and on time.
- Administer various benefits & allowances
- Support others and ad-hoc works as and when required
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as HR management, industrial relations or Labor Law
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in C&B
- Well understanding of labor regulations, policies and practices in Vietnam - strong understanding and experience of PIT regulations for local people and expatriates
- An excellent command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese
- Very good numerical and analytical skills
- Confidentiality, commitment, detail oriented
- Teamwork spirit, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of using Windows, Word, Excel and Power Point
