Mô tả công việc
- Develop a sales strategy and action plan to achieve its sales & business targets for new and existing business.
- Remain in close communication with clients to comprehend their needs and specifications.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
- Develop and manage Business Development team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design creative solutions or other research projects according to the standards discussed with clients.
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication.
- Unearth new sales opportunities for projects, research reports and events through networking and turn them into long term partnerships.
- Taking part in pitches for new contracts.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Tourism or related field of study.
- Proven exeperience as a B2B Business Development Senior Executive/ Manager for market research company or agency is a plus.
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
- Excellent communication/ presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong client – facing and teamwork skills.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Power Point.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
