Peregrine Management International LLC, an American management advisory company, is seeking a full-time candidate to fill a Business Development Associate role. Peregrine Management International LLC advises clients on a variety of projects and products that involve manufacturing, supply chain, international business, trade, FDI, and real estate topics.
This is a full-time business development role for our company group and will report to the General Director. The working location for this job is in Tay Ho District, Hanoi. Provision for some remote work can be arranged per agreement with supervisor. The applicant will be responsible for developing methods to access new markets into which to sell our products and services. They will also have some related responsibilities in marketing, B2B sales, and project management. As a functional leader in a growing dynamic young company, successful applicants will be flexible, high energy, brave, intelligent, and effective.
This role will be a good fit for experienced applicants who are interested in building something new. Applicants will need to be comfortable defining new processes for their functions and able to thrive in uncertain environments. They will need to be able to operate in an international team that has highly varied backgrounds and skill sets. They will need to be confident and assertive, but also a strong team player.
Job Function
Applicants can expect to work on the following:
- Develop business channels in the Vietnam domestic market for our existing products
- Develop new ways to market or package our existing products to better appeal to customers
- Support development and marketing of new products
- Support business development tasks in our international markets
- Develop CRM, marketing, and sales approaches
- Manage customer relationship strategy
- Organization and attendance of trade shows
- Development of company marketing materials
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Applicants must have the following:
- University degree
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Native Vietnamese language
- Excellent English language (spoken & written)
- Experience in business development, marketing, and/or sales roles
- Strong fit with our company values and working culture
Preferred Attributes
Applicants with the following will be preferred:
- Has worked for international companies
- Has experience living abroad
- Experience working in manufacturing, logistics, IS/IT companies, or professional services firms
- Experience working in a start-up
- Experience in the food & beverage industry
- Experience in the E-commerce industry
- Marketing or business degree
- Can speak any additional languages
