We’re looking for a dynamic marketing professional who is passionate about growth and brand building. Whether you’re an experienced executive, a skilled specialist, a strong senior or a capable manager, we welcome you to apply and grow with us.

Growth Marketing:

Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies across digital channels (B2B & B2C).
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, etc.) to drive conversions and revenue.
Plan and execute A/B tests and experiments to continuously improve acquisition and activation metrics.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify growth levers and improve user journey.
Analyze customer behavior, funnel metrics, and performance KPIs such as CAC, LTV, churn rate, and conversion rate.
Identify new growth opportunities via partnerships, referral loops, viral tactics, or performance content.

Branding & Communication:

Build and maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all touchpoints.
Develop branding campaigns that improve brand awareness, trust, and preference.
Lead storytelling efforts through content, social media, and community engagement.
Monitor brand perception, market trends, and competitors to suggest positioning strategies.
Coordinate with creative and design teams to develop visual content and key brand messages.
Engage in PR efforts and external communications to strengthen CarNow's reputation.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

3+ years of experience in Growth/Brand Marketing with a proven track record in performance and branding projects.
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
Solid experience with performance marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.) and CRM or analytics tools (Mixpanel, HubSpot, Hotjar, etc.).
Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and visual identity.
Data-driven mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills.
Creativity, ownership, and a passion for building brands from the ground up.

Salary offer based on capability: Up to 40.000.000 VND
Participation in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance as required by the government
Total allowance of 1,460,000 VND for 22 working days:
- Lunch allowance (550,000 VND/month)
- Equipment allowance (500,000 VND/month)
- Phone allowance (300,000 VND/month)
- Parking allowance (110,000 VND/month)
