Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a pipeline of high-potential affiliates in both Vietnam and global markets, focusing on driving international campaigns across multiple verticals.
- Act as the main point of contact, supporting affiliates from onboarding to campaign launch and optimization.
- Guide affiliates with insights on marketing strategies, traffic sources, and promotion methods to maximize performance.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with key partners to drive sustained revenue growth.
- Ensure smooth campaign execution by coordinating with internal teams (Business Dev, Compliance, Finance, Tech).
- Monitor, support, and optimize campaign performance through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Continuously identify and pursue new affiliate and business development opportunities.
Other Duties
- Contribute to improving documentation, internal processes, and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on industry trends through webinars, training, and active research.
- Escalate and report issues to the management team when required.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, account executive, digital marketing, business development, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with influencers, bloggers, or publishers is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Effective communicator with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting business relationships.
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- For candidates without direct experience in affiliate marketing, full training will be provided. A strong willingness to learn, high ownership, and a performance mindset are essential.

- Salary: Base salary (8.000.000 - 14.000.000 VND), depending on qualifications and experience, plus commission
- Annual performance and salary reviews (salary increments every 6 months based on capability).
