Mô tả công việc
- Legal advice: To research the regulations and provide legal advice to other departments of the
- Company under instruction of the Legal Manager.
- Corporate legal issues: to Draft, review all documents/policies to be submitted to the GMS and BOM, Directorate and documents issued by GMS/ BOM, Directorate… under instruction of the Legal Manager.
- Commercial matter: To advice other departments of the Company on the legal issues relating to the Company’s products, liaise/coordinate with the outsourcing agencies for registration of IP
rights, promotional program, ads, packaging, and materials under the instruction of the Legal
Manager.
- Licensing: To prepare proper documents relating to business registration, investment licenses.
- Other tasks as instructed by the Legal Manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Education background:
- BA degree in Law
- Additional eligibility qualifications: FMCG experiences is advantageous.
* Experience:
- From 3 to 5 years
- Foreign Language: Proficient in English
- Computer Skill: Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Other Skills: Drafting, Consulting and Advisory, Independent working & problem solving.
- Other requirements: Willing to travel and work overtime
