- Overseeing all of the organization's legal functions. This individual is a legal professional who is capable of providing accurate, relevant advice to the business, the business' clients, and the business' senior attorneys. The legal manager must have a mastery of laws to appropriately advise executives.
- Research, update the newest legal regulations and consult the Management Board.
- Draft, review and control contracts, agreements and other legal documents including but not limited to commercial contracts, procurement contracts, service contracts, leasing agreements, power of attorney, etc. supporting to the company’s operation.
- Participate in negotiation, analyze the risks, legal information while signing new business deals.
- Review and edit regulatory documents and see to it that they comply with the legal norms.
- To review policies, procedures and give a legal advice to Management Board, Departments of the Company in all business related activities.
- Be responsible for handling general legal and regulatory issues arising from operation of the company; Represent the company in litigation (If required).
- Perform other tasks required by line manager.

- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Law.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of laws, legal documents, etc....
- Skills, aptitudes:
+ Ability to problem solve, research and analyze complex issues and provide recommendations.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills at all levels.
+ Effectively planning and organization skills.
+ Strong leadership skills and team building attitude.
- Working experience: A minimum of 3 years of working experience in the same position.
