- Interact with clients, owners and suppliers to promote Food & Beverage and Hotel
- Communicate with target customers and manage guests' relationship
- Contribute to the selling strategy of the hotel and manage the departments to increase outlets awareness
- Understand the competitive marketplace and implement approaches to ensure the hotel stays competitive in the local market
- Maintain and update Food and Beverage guests' database
- Work effectively to build relationships with colleagues in the hotel
- Create and implement effective marketing schedules of Food and Beverage activities
- Evaluate marketing promotions and produce monthly reports
- Develop a Sales plan that maximizes revenue by driving the sale of Food and Beverage outlets.

- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
- Proficient skills for written and oral communication in English
- Leadership Skills
- Qualifications: Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in food and beverage, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
