- Staffing, management and resources: drive recruitment, allocating manpower with proper assignment, conduct training and development towards a world-class business development team
- Be responsible for aeronautical and non-aeronautical market development strategy to maximum commercial and reputational benefit for CRTC including detailed macroeconomic and bottom-up demand forcasts, also scenario planning with objectives following Company’s mission and vision.
* Establish and promote business relationships impacting aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenue stream
- Lead and manage route development: plan and conduct activities designed to maintain and foster passenger and cargo flights to Cam Ranh International Airport; promote route development opportunity proposals in accordance with business plan; establish and maintain relationship with Tourism Management Agency, hotels and resorts for mutual information and development
- Other job details will be discussed in the interview
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Experience & Knowledge:
- Knowledge of international airline planning, marketing, finance and economics development
- Experience in business analysis including financial analysis and market segmentation
- 5-7 years’ experience in airline planning, revenue management, or marketing.
Foreign languages:
- TOEIC score ≥ 750 or equivalent certificates (TOEFL/iBT ≥ 60, IELTS ≥ 5.0
- Reading and comprehending work related documents/records/textbooks in English is a must
- English Communication.
