Mô tả công việc
- Approach new potential clients and explore new business potential (B2B)
- Respond to and followed up sales enquiries. Provide comprehensive advice to clients on all aspects of the company’s services
- Identify, develop and implement market-driven strategies to determine target markets and contacts to pursue in order to achieve revenue goals
- Actively work with internal teams to develop proposals and presentation
- Develop sustainable and long-term business relationships with key clients, owner’s reps
- Actively participate and assist with client identification, qualifications and pursuit processes
- Pursue potential projects that meet the company’s project selection criteria
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts and contact information within and outside of the company
- Responsible to prepare and manage an annual business development budget.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Ideally from 1 year of work experience working within a dynamic organisation in a business to business sales capacity
- Previous experience working within advertising also advantageous but not essential
- Ability and confidence to communicate effectively and interact at all levels
- Strong motivation and drive to succeed to maximum potential
- Innovative and creative with a natural curiosity to hunt for new business opportunities
- Competitive personality who enjoys beating the competition.
- Works well under constant pressure
- Attention to detail – good organisational skills
- Team Player – but also able to work independently.
