Tuyển Nhân Viên Kế Toán
Mô tả công việc
- Daily managing and recording all the data about materials for separated implementaion projects (Material in/out by written documents, accounting software record..).
- Reconciling the materials quantity with purchasing part or stock management PIC regularly.
- Co-work with technical team to forecast materials consumption rate & unknown wasted materials for making or evaluating inventory provision.
- Other reports or requests assigned by Managers.
- Managing office equipment (Machine, tools, documents,...). All the original documents (contracts, invoice,…) have to be sent to head office for storage after recording.
- Collecting purchasing request of materials, tools and stationery then send the request to the head office in Hanoi. Take part in the purchasing process for specification verifcation.
- Other supporting work assigned by Managers.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Having Bachelor Degree in Accounting or other related Fields.
- Having at least 3 years of work experience in cost accounting or equivalent position in construction company.
- Having good knowledge about VAS and IFRS.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, excel, power point, etc...).
- Good in English (both Speaking & Writing).
- Good analytical thinking, strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
- High energy, enthusiastic, dynamic, hardworking and having ability to work under high pressure.
Quyền lợi/Phúc lợi
- Salary range: VND 10.000.000 ~ 14.000.000.
