Mô tả công việc
1. Documenting processes and structure.
2. Create guideline in Confluence
3. Organize and follow up users to guide them to create a SHARE culture (SHARING IS CARING)
4. Support HR and IT to create new REQUEST PROCESSES so we can implement an automation request system to avoid manually work, missing data and errors.
5. Conduct administration tasks to improve IT and HR system and process quickly.
6. Updated, manage new comer, resignation data and related procedures.
7. Resolve issues related to labor relations (working discipline, remunerative, update birthday, holiday, maternity….). Make statistical reports by monthly, quartly, yearly
8. Import data related human resourses into HR software (maternity list, pregnant list)
9. Guideline, coordinate with Departments related issues to attendance, claim salary, labor relation…
10. Training orientation to new comer, filling CV and HR documents. Prepare training agreement to all new comer, extend Labor contract for all Direct group
11. Arrange interview, contact to invite interview; Manage jobs posting and recruitment page

- Willing to learn and improve his/her skills

- Punctual
- Good writing skill
- Understand English and can translate from English to Vietnamese. (Other wise we also have Google Translation)
- Education: IT, Legal, Administration, Marketing or Journalistic.
- To start with, we can hire part time, student or just graduated.
