1. E-commerce management:
- Develop online sale strategies with the team.
- Collect and evaluate competitive information, customers, and e-commerce market.
- Improve SEO for the online shop on e-commerce site.
- Increase website traffic and drive online sales on Lazada, Shopee, Tiki.
- Order management, ensure orders are dispatched and well manage on time.
2. Performance marketing:
- Responsible for executing daily paid social media campaigns (both lead generation and brand awareness)
- Run pilot tests, A/B testing, and optimize paid media campaigns on Social Media and Google with the highest lifetime value at the lowest CPA possible.
- Construct top targeting segments based on campaign goals through demographic data, customer insights, and other data available.
- Ensure proper tracking across the channels. Analyze data to maintain and forecast monthly budget and ROI figures, and to provide key insights and recommendations on campaign performance.
- Stay current with best practices and changes related to social media marketing, analytical & e-Commerce tactics.
- Be creative in coming up with and testing new initiatives, techniques, and approaches to drive acquisition, growth, and retention.
3. Others:
- Coordinate with the marketing team to finalize the promotion/launch before getting the final decision.
- Other assigned tasks.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
* QUALIFICATIONS:
- Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or marketing.
- Experience in Lead Generation, Ads performance, Google Analytics.
- At least 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
* SKILLS:
- Fluent in English is a plus.
- Strong understand at e-commerce.
- Able to work well in groups.
- Able to multitask.
