The Partner Marketing Specialist (PMS) role is focused on direct offline channel marketing strategy and execution to support center for enrollments
PMS will effectively coordinate & facilitate field & channel marketing programs throughout the project lifecycle by collaborating with internal Center Sales Team and external part time resources. Primary responsibility is to develop and execute channel & field marketing programs to generate enrollment revenue, maximize partner/channel engagement and acquire customers.
PMS role will propose tactics to increase sales and awareness within the channel community by supporting and leveraging other channel efforts with product marketing, corporate marketing, sales, training and other lead or sales generating programs.
PMS will work with Centre Head of Sales, Centre Manager, Centre Supervisor to build and execute field marketing activities including but not limited to events, trade shows, business review meetings and trainings.
PMS will successfully work with marketing, operation, sales management to establish the infrastructure necessary to support the channel, track and analyze partner performance and impact on market share and competitive landscape.

Must demonstrate an ability to excel within a cross-functional team environment
Strong presentation and WebEx skills
Highly organized
Must demonstrate an ability to handle multiple projects
Must be able to work with and influence sales organizations Understanding of partner ecosystems
Responsible for the achievement of partner marketing & sales objectives
Must be willing to travel 30% of the time CORE COMPETENCIES
Strong presentation skills are essential
Familiarity with Contact Center administration and business practices in the areas of Quality Management and Recording
Work Force Management & Analytics software
Must have strong relationship selling skills within a partner community
Must be a self-starter and strong closer with multi-tasking ability
