Yêu cầu công việc

- Co-operation with Dept: Production/ QA/ CL/ CS/ Warehouse/FIN.
- Produce regular sales reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Execute daily sales administration activities (documentation, product introduction, flyer, email,…).
- Perform daily tasks, reports, projects and ensure sales process, policies and guidelines running smoothly.
- Cooperate and support sales team in order to develop team members to be skillful on their strengths and potentials.
- Provide administrative support to Sales Department (Sales order, sales and inventory report, KPI report).
- Contract and expense management in Sales Department.
- Control and manage POSM warehouse in Binh Duong factory.
- Provide additional administrative assistance as requested.
