• Develop business strategies and plans in each stage, each period, take responsibility for business results to the CEO.
• Regularly monitor, analyze and evaluate the implementation of the approved plans and budgets.
• Assign KPI and targets sales to each staff at the branch.
• Ensuring the quality and efficiency of business operations, the quality of customer management services at the branch.
• Directly commenting and proposing to the Department about basic policies and operations, in accordance with the business development of the branch at Mall.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with local customers, building systems with stakeholders and communities at the branch address.
• Ensure that all activities of the branch comply with the regulations and procedures of the company.
